All Sarawak Native Craft are shipped from Kuching and pre-order items (unless stock is available).Every pre-order will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive Semenanjung Malaysia.
Please note that should you cancelled order after deposit payment have been made, the deposit will NOT BE RETURNED to you.All sold items are NOT REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE.
2) State the item, your name, address and contact number.
3) We will advice you the total payment plus the shipping fee and payment method.
4) Interested buyers need to pay RM* for each craft as a deposit and deposited into my Maybank account within 3 days after receiving our payment advice.I will send confirmation of order through email once deposit payment received.
5) Balance of payment to be made once the craft has reached Semenanjung and ready to be posted to your address.
6) Should the requested craft are available (ready stock), no deposit payment.
